Experienced Farm Hand - Rockhampton Region

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Farm Hands to join our clients Macadamia Operations . This hands-on role supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance and irrigation activities across our macadamia orchards.

Key Responsibilities

• Land preparation and planting activities
• Irrigation, fertilising, pruning, slashing and mulching
• Harvesting and general farm maintenance duties
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Calibrate machinery including spreaders and sprayers
• Inspect crops for pests and assist with management measures
• Carry out basic plant and equipment maintenance
• Maintain operational and safety records as required
• Follow Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental procedures at all times
• Contribute to a productive and respectful team environment
