Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Drywall Finisher for a full-time role in Surrey, BC, offering $37.00 hourly. This position requires extensive travel and measurable expertise in drywall techniques.
The successful candidate will work full-time in this permanent position, with job responsibilities taking you to multiple construction sites. Qualified individuals must possess a high school graduation certificate and between 3 to 5 years of professional drywall experience. Your work will involve all aspects of drywall installation, including the application of joint compounds and finishing to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply compound and sand seams and joints thoroughly
• Cut, fit, and secure drywall sheets to structural frames
• Install metal corner beads for added durability
• Fabricate suspended ceilings and install panels
• Smooth excess compound and tape over joints
