Experienced Construction Manager Needed

We are seeking an Experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects at the physical site. This full-time, permanent role requires hands-on coordination of activities for successful completion.
As a Construction Manager, your responsibilities include coordinating subcontractor efforts and evaluating daily operations. You will plan daily tasks, prepare budget estimates, and recruit and supervise a skilled team. Your ability to maintain schedules, negotiate contracts, and implement quality control will be vital for our success.
