Job Summary

Experienced Bus Driver – Taunton
Location: Taunton
Pay: £14.60 per hour plus overtime when available
Type: Permanent, full-time, 38 hours per week*
*Shifts are scheduled in advance to provide predictability.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate local bus services, ensuring passengers arrive on time, comfortably and securely.
• Represent First Bus professionally and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Follow planned rota, covering mornings, evenings and weekends as required.
• Perform pre- and post‑journey checks and keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• Valid PCV licence.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
• Strong customer‑service skills.
• Flexible and reliable with shift work.
