We are looking for a Building Superintendent with a minimum of five years of experience in cleaning and building maintenance. Your role involves handling necessary repairs, daily upkeep, and clear communication with tenants. This position requires working onsite with various responsibilities in a residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean hallways and floors
• Operate equipment to remove heavy debris
• Make adjustments to various building systems
• Show units to potential tenants
• Maintain cleanliness of gardens and outdoor areas
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate or equivalent
• Five years or more in relevant fields
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)...
