Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Aide to provide 1:1 support for special education students. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience working directly with individuals with diverse behavioral and developmental needs across all age groups.

As a Behavioral Aide, you will play a key role in supporting students’ academic, behavioral, social, and daily living needs in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 1:1 behavioral support to special education students

- Assist students in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
