About the Role

Bakers Delight Castletown is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. This role involves hands-on baking, maintaining product quality, and ensuring daily production targets are achieved in a busy retail bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of bread and bakery products in line with Bakers Delight recipes and standards
  
• Prepare dough through accurate measuring, mixing, kneading, and moulding
  
• Control fermentation and proofing conditions to achieve consistent results
  
• Bake products using commercial ovens while adjusting settings as required
  
• Maintain production schedules to ensure fresh products are available throughout the day
  
• Monitor quality of ingredients and finished products
