Mawson Bakery and Cafe is seeking a skilled and dependable Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will help prepare and bake a range of fresh bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries, cakes and other bakery items
- Measure ingredients, prepare dough and follow bakery recipes
- Operate baking equipment, ovens and mixers safely
- Ensure products are baked to a high standard and presented well
- Maintain cleanliness in the bakery and follow food safety procedures
- Assist with stock rotation, preparation and daily production tasks
- Work as part of a team in a busy bakery and cafe environment
