Experienced Baker

Mawson Bakery and Cafe is seeking a skilled and dependable Baker to join our team. The successful candidate will help prepare and bake a range of fresh bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries, cakes and other bakery items Measure ingredients, prepare dough and follow bakery recipes Operate baking equipment, ovens and mixers safely Ensure products are baked to a high standard and presented well Maintain cleanliness in the bakery and follow food safety procedures Assist with stock rotation, preparation and daily production tasks Work as part of a team in a busy bakery and cafe environment Requirements Previous baking experience preferred Relevant qualification in baking or commercial cookery highly regarded Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required Reliable, punctual and hardworking Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work under pressure in...
