Position Overview

Bakers Delight Bundoora is seeking a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, baking, and presentation of a wide range of breads and bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and workplace hygiene.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of breads and bakery products including loaves, rolls, specialty breads, and artisan items according to Bakers Delight recipes and production schedules
  

• Measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients such as flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and improvers to achieve consistent product quality
