An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join a growing Design & Technical team within a successful residential development business. Working on a diverse portfolio of residential schemes ranging from bespoke developments of 5-9 homes through to large-scale projects of 100+ units, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in both the creative and technical aspects of residential development. While a range of standard house types are utilised, each site is considered individually, with many smaller, high-end developments featuring bespoke architectural designs.
