This mid‑level Experience Designer position supports the execution of creative and digital experiences for clients across the agency. The role is hybrid, based in any of our U.S. offices—NewYorkCity, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or SanFrancisco—or fully remote within the U.S., depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do

• Create and own UX and design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, functional annotations, experience strategic thinking, customer journeys, sketches, and full composition designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Engage in all stages of the design process—from research through concepting, prototyping, to implementation.
• Apply consumer needs, brand guidelines, and strategic insights to a variety of digital solutions.
