Experian PowerCurve Platform Engineer

Role Purpose:

The PCC Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining solutions on the PowerCurve Collections (PCC platform. This role ensures seamless integration with enterprise systems, compliance with regulatory standards, and delivery of robust, scalable workflows for collections and hardship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Translate business requirements into PCC workflows and configurations. Develop and maintain PCC scripts, rules, and strategies.

• Integration & Testing: Integrate PCC with APls, robotics, and downstream systems.

Conduct unit, system, and regression testing for all changes.

• Incident & Defect Management: Manage incidents via SNOW and resolve defects promptly. Support planned and unplanned outages with root cause analysis.

• Automation & CI/CD: Contribute to automation pipelines and maintain code quality.
