Expedited Dispatcher & Fleet Coordinator (Sprinters & Straight Trucks)

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Expedited Dispatcher to manage and grow our fleet operations at our Itasca, IL office. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing premium freight, onboarding drivers, keeping units moving, and maximizing profitability for our sprinter vans and straight trucks.

The ideal candidate brings an established network, deep industry expertise, and a proven track record of keeping drivers busy and profitable.

What You Will Do

• Fleet Growth: Onboard, manage, and retain owner-operators and drivers for sprinters and straight trucks.
• Source Premium Freight: Utilize load boards, broker relationships, and direct shippers to secure high-paying expedited loads.
• Maximize Driver Earnings: Route units efficiently to eliminate deadhead, minimize dwell time, and ensure consistent weekly revenue for drivers.
