Expatriate Management System Technical Architect

Existing expatriate management relies on fragmented manual processes and disconnected systems, unable to meet the demands of cross-border compliance, payroll processing, visa management, and integrated expatriate lifecycle management.

To address this, the Group's Overseas HR Shared Services Centre is building an in-house Expatriate Management System (EMS) and is recruiting a Technical Architect based in Singapore to lead the overall system architecture, full-stack development, and operations management.
