Exhaust Operator 2nd Shift

**Overview**

**Job Title: Exhaust Operator**

**Job Location: Williamsport, PA**

Under minimal supervision, and in accordance with written and oral instructions, performs operations required to; prepare and chemically clean/plate components, load and operate furnaces in order to perform brazing operations, load and operate exhaust stations to evacuate (vacuum exhaust) tubes. Standard procedures are established and work is semi-routine in nature

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare and install tubes for exhaust cycle.
+ Monitor/control temperature and pressure to meet specifications of various tubes.
+ Troubleshoot potential vacuum leaks on tubes and/or exhaust stations.
+ Record / maintain data sheets as required by procedure.
+ Maintain work area in clean / orderly manner.
+ Maintain barcode accuracy at 100%
+ Initiate clear pass down instructions for next shift.
+ Grit / Bead blast exhausted tubes and components as specified....
