Exercise Specialist Coordinator

Job Summary

Performs cardiopulmonary stress testing and physiological evaluation. May also analyze external cardiacs and assist in the implantable device management. Provides patient education related to heart healthy lifestyle choices.


Essential Functions

+ Plans, develops and conducts graded exercise testing.

+ Monitors patient’s activity, physiological response, and adherence to the exercise sessions.


+ Provides specific exercise prescription to individuals based on age, culture and orthopedic considerations. May also analyze external monitor findings utilizing appropriate technology and processes report according to protocol; and assist in management of patients with implantable devices, including but not limited to triage, entering and tracking data, reviewing remotes, performing in-clinic interrogations, and scheduling patients as needed.
