Role Overview:

• Provide high standard exercise and cardio-vascular health assessments of young persons aged 12-25 years experiencing physical and mental health issues
• Liaising and working with internal and external stakeholders
• Creating treatment plans for internal referrals from our multidisciplinary team
• Providing high quality, exercise physiology services to those accessing headspace
• Respond to health concerns presented by patients including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate
• Encourage and support young people to engage with sexual health and drug and alcohol services as well as preventative health care
• Provide a caring and compassionate ear for our young people to talk to you
