  â Structured weekly mentoring (not ad hoc, not ask when you need it)

  â Annual CPD budget + monthly team development sessions

  â Diverse caseload: MSK, athletic performance, cardio-metabolic, aged care, NDIS/DVA

  â Warm referrals from an established Chiro, Physio, and Massage team

  â Clear, transparent pathway from part-time to full-time

  We have two pathways in — for experienced EPs and for high-potential new grads with a PT background.
