Executive/Assitant Manager- Purchase

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
+ Procurement planning of Raw Materials and packaging materials based on rolling demand forecast.
+ Negotiations with suppliers and ensure ordering as per the best market terms.
+ Preparing and placing purchase orders on approved suppliers as per agreed terms and conditions.
+ Ensuring timely delivery of Raw materials and Packaging materials as per the procurement plan.
+ Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance for continuous improvement.
+ Monitoring and controlling Slow and Non-moving accumulation of Raw Materials by taking timely actions.
+ Managing Raw Material inventory at optimum level and showing continuous improvement.
+ Identifying opportunities to reduce various costs components for reduction of total cost of key Raw Materials.
+ Identifying new potential suppliers for raw materials for cost reduction/risk mitigation.
