Roles and Responsibilities

● Ensuring every month payroll process for AE's.

● Ensuring every month Headcount MIS and Productivity headcount and sending to Operations team.

● Addressing Queries related to Attendance, Payroll, Repay and Pay Short if any.

● Ensuring Queries has been addressed at the earliest and maintaining Queries Register book in time office during Shift.

● Addressing the issues related to Canteen, Medical emergency, Security, Transport facility in respective shift.

● Monitoring the Discipline issues in shift.

● Ensuring CL manpower in shift and maintaining all the Contract Labour's are working in respective line throughout the shift

● Maintaining Employee Relation in all the Shop Floor during the shift and Ensuring zero % Production loss in Shift.
