Executive, Store Trainer

Responsibilities

• Train and monitor employees and franchisees to ensure effective job performance.
• Conduct onboarding and operational training programs, including Food Handler, New Employee, New Manager, QA PRP, and management development programs.
• Plan and deliver supplementary and refresher training for store teams and management.
• Execute and follow up on NDTS programs and “Train the Trainer” initiatives.
• Identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate training effectiveness through TNA and audits.
• Provide coaching, corrective training, and support to stores and franchisees, including outstation locations.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
• Support nationwide rollout of training programs, certifications, and verification processes.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and HR summaries.
