Responsibilities
- Train and monitor employees and franchisees to ensure effective job performance.
- Conduct onboarding and operational training programs, including Food Handler, New Employee, New Manager, QA PRP, and management development programs.
- Plan and deliver supplementary and refresher training for store teams and management.
- Execute and follow up on NDTS programs and “Train the Trainer” initiatives.
- Identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate training effectiveness through TNA and audits.
- Provide coaching, corrective training, and support to stores and franchisees, including outstation locations.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, manuals, presentations, and learning resources.
- Support nationwide rollout of training programs, certifications, and verification processes.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and HR summaries.
