Executive / Sr. Executive – Product Implementation & Support

• Provide day to day support for production applications & environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot & resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Work with database (SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL) to identify and fix data related problems.
• Utilize Linux commands and scripting for system monitoring and issue resolution.
• Apply DevOps commands related to Podman, Kubernetes & Dockers for containerized.
• Coordinate with vendors for patch management and ensure patches are applied as per guidelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of changes and fixes implemented in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
