Executive / Sr Executive (Community Relations), 3PN

The Community Relations Senior/Executive supports the department’s smooth operation. He/she will work closely with and support the various branches in executing their tasks and delivering the intended outcomes.

• Handle budgetary tracking, procurement and payment matters
• Manage queries from public and stakeholders
• Provide admin and logistical support for the branch operations
• Update materials on PUB digital platforms (e.g., website)
• Provide support in engagement efforts of PUB’s partners
• Track department’s stakeholder engagement efforts and assets
• Cover Personal Assistant (PA) duties for Director as needed
• Assist in other duties to support the department’s daily operations as assigned
