Executive / Senior Executive - Group Management (Agency Accounting)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage agency accounting AR/AP operations
• Execution of daily, monthly cash management actitivies and reporting
• Agent/Customer/Vendor management and monitor outstanding balances (regions/country offices)
• Preparation of periodic reports in assigned function
• Perform control self-assessments for agency accounting transactions
• Participate in systems enhancements and continuous process improvements
• Stakeholder management, attend to queries from regional/country and offshore offices
• Adhoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in AR, AP & GL background (Prior experience within the shipping industry is highly preferred).
• Must have hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
