K1 is seeking to expand our Recruiting team by hiring an Executive Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our active portfolio of 50+ software companies. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role ideal for someone who is passionate about recruiting, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow into an executive recruiter role within private equity recruiting. The ideal candidate brings a strong personal drive, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build lasting relationships with senior talent across SaaS functions.
