Job Description Executive, Purchase Department Supply Chain / Procurement Job Summary The Executive Purchase is responsible for executing procurement activities for mechanical components, raw materials, and engineering consumables to ensure uninterrupted production. The role includes purchase order processing, supplier coordination, MRP-based planning, ERP transactions, inventory monitoring, and supporting cost-effective procurement while ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities Process purchase orders for mechanical materials, engineering components, and consumables based on approved purchase requisitions and MRP requirements. Follow up with suppliers for order acknowledgements, production status, delivery schedules, and timely material receipt. Coordinate with Planning, Stores, Quality, and Production teams to ensure smooth receipt and acceptance of materials.
