Executive, Programme (Punggol)

• Responsible to ESH Head and Director, Adult & Senior Care Services in all matters pertaining to the administration and programme planning of ESH On-site services.
• Recommend policies and practices for the efficient and effective operation and management of services and assist ESH, Lead and Director in implementing those policies and practices.
• Responsible for achieving key performance indicators in the client reach, outcomes and impact, providing progress reports and assisting in data analysis for planning and reporting purposes.

• Supervise the programme planning and delivery which include developing / implementing service elements that are evidence-informed and clinical relevance for clients and families.
• Oversee the enrolment of clients into the on-site services.
• Develop and work with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficient use of staff and volunteers.
