Executive - Personal Financial Service Branch Sales (Personal Loan)

Job Responsibilities

• Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales through marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows, and other sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Actively cross‑sell banking and financial products.
• Assess, evaluate, and propose credit applications diligently.
• Build rapport and relationships with selected customers to establish loyalty, secure repeated sales, and increase product holdings.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect the bank’s image.
• Seek continuous improvement in product knowledge, selling skills, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
• Comply with statutory requirements and sales compliance related to FSA, KYC, AMLA, and all relevant internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in strong teamwork and maintain a collaborative working relationship with colleagues at all times.
