Role Overview

We are looking for a Packaging Project Manager / Project Lead to manage end-to-end packaging execution across new product launches, packaging updates, and operational workflows.

The role requires strong cross-functional coordination between the NPD, Design, Inventory, Procurement, Operations teams, and packaging vendors to ensure smooth execution, timely deliveries, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage packaging projects from development to production and launch.
• Coordinate between NPD, Design, Inventory, Procurement, Operations, and packaging vendors.
• Track timelines, approvals, artwork flow, sampling, and production status.
• Ensure packaging readiness aligns with production and launch schedules.
• Work with vendors on quotations, sampling, production timelines, and quality follow-ups.
