Job Title: Optometrist Job Description We are seeking an Optometrist to join our team and take on the responsibility of leading a team of Good Vision Technicians (GVTs) in conducting eye care camps across different districts. The ideal candidate will be accountable for ensuring the quality of eye testing and patient care at the camps, as well as conducting regular refresher training for the GVTs to maintain high productivity. Additionally, the Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye tests, prescribing glasses, participating in outreaches, and achieving sales targets assigned to the teams. This role will also involve regular visits to camps as a consultant and performing mystery audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
