Executive Ocean Freight FCL

Responsibilities

• Receiving and responding to all Ocean FCL queries from salespersons and customers.
• Negotiating price with registered overseas agents/consignees.
• Keeping abreast with ongoing market rates and acquiring the best possible rates from overseas agents.
• Quoting the best possible rates to customers/salespersons while adhering to company policies.
• Arranging space (S/O) for all secured shipments as agreed in the quotation.
• Maintaining Query Log Book Sheet/FCL Rate Sheet on the server.
• Ensuring prompt and immediate email responses regarding queries or schedule issues.
• Maintaining healthy professional relations with overseas agents and local customers.

Skills & Experience

At‑least 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
