Location: Water Mill, Ambasamudram Job Purpose
To manage shift-level laboratory and dyeing operations efficiently, ensuring that key dye house performance indicators—such as RFT, CQ, LpMpD, attempts per match, and lead times—are consistently achieved and improved. The role also ensures smooth coordination of laboratory activities, including LRM/DTM coordination, colour matching, sample preparation, and machine operations across shifts. The executive is responsible for optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, and energy) and strict compliance with SOPs on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities & Result AreasHealth & Safety:
Monitor and improve leading and lagging safety indicators.
Review and implement TaRA (Task Risk Assessment), MOC (Management of Change), and MSA (Measurement System Analysis).
