Lead the operation of the Executive Lounge with Swissport as a Duty Manager, ensuring top-notch guest service and team performance. This engaging role emphasizes overseeing staff, compliance with regulations, and achieving financial KPIs.
As the Duty Manager, you will report directly to the Lounge Manager, supervising Lounge Agents and ensuring all duties are clearly assigned. You'll manage daily reports and guarantee that operations align with budgets while maintaining compliance with Transport Canada and company regulations. Coaching and training your team will be key to maintaining high service standards.
