The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Air Force's Housing Advisor under the general administrative direction of the Director, Installations Directorate providing oversight, advice, and recommendations to develop policies, procedures and goals for the Air Force Housing Program. Responsibilities DUTY 1: Works closely with the CI director and principal staff at HAF, MAJCOMS, and installations, in establishing program goals, mission, priorities, resources, staffing, and workload requirements. DUTY 2: Coordinates the formulation of a multi-year plan to bring complex housing programs from concept to transfer of operations. High value programs include business agreements establishing partnerships between the AF and private sector developers.
