Job Description

New opportunity for an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join the leadership team at this 4* based in Accra, Ghana. We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality, guest experience & developing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness & guest satisfaction
Lead, train, & motivate housekeeping staff
Manage departmental budgets, inventories, & cost controls
Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, safety, & hygiene regulations
Coordinate closely with Front Office and Engineering teams

Requirements:

Fluency in English required
Previous experience in Sub Saharan Africa
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within 4* hotels
Excellent communication and people-management abilities
Knowledge of hotel housekeeping systems & best practice
