An established 5★ hotel in Mozambique is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations & uphold exceptional cleanliness & guest satisfaction standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates already based in Mozambique with a passion for service excellence, team leadership, & operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Currently based in Mozambique (essential)
Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeperor Senior Housekeeping Manager within 4–5-star branded hotel groups.
Fluent in English; Portuguese is highly advantageous
Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, laundry, public areas, and inventory control
Experience managing departmental budgets, procurement, and cost controls
