Executive Host - Business Development

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Achieves the assigned quarterly targets set by the Management
• Performs issuance of complimentary items (gifts, transportation, food and beverage, and/or rooms) while adhering to the room and complimentary approver and allowable transaction amount matrix
• Addresses inquiries and concerns that require attention beyond the scope of the Host
• Conducts regular inspections of the gaming floor to ensure the Host - Business Development delivers personalized customer service to local patrons while ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience during their stay or visit to the property
• Processes accurate transactions in HALo (House Advantage Loyalty System), including but not limited to membership sign-ups, redemptions, and complimentary issuances to local High-Value Patrons (HVPs)
