Functional (Job Responsibilities)

• Assisting in maintaining Trade-i e‑banking platforms, websites and channel portals, legal documentation pertaining to trade-i, trade‑i product disclosure sheets, and other related documentation where required.
• Partnering and collaborating internally and externally with stakeholders.
• Engaging with event attendees and representing the company brand at corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Supporting internal stakeholders in meeting budgets for both assets and liabilities.
• Assisting in attending and troubleshooting all inquiries/problems from various departments on Islamic products.
• Updating internal stakeholders (business and trade centres) on Islamic product knowledge, structures, terms and conditions of usage.
• Maintaining and updating SOPs for all trade products after launch by the Product Development (PD) team.
