Monitor sales trends across PUMA’s ecommerce channels to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Conduct regular benchmarking of competitor performance, campaign mechanics, and fashion trends to uncover new opportunities for PUMA.

Communication and Collaboration

• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., logistics, content, marketing, operations, and training) to align on day-to-day ops, key campaigns, timely execution of ecommerce mechanics such as vouchers, flash sales, and short video activation.
• Coordinate with external partners, marketplace reps, and enablers for campaign alignment, product exposure, and livestream technical setup.

Livestream Management

• Plan and manage livestream sessions, including scheduling, product arrangements, and performance tracking across Shopee and TikTok channels.
