Executive, E-Commerce Channel Support

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-focused E-commerce Channel Support to manage day-to-day operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role supports campaign execution, backend operations, and coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth marketplace performance and operation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Listing Management

2. Create and launch new product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop

3. Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, attributes, and category tagging
4. Upload and manage visual assets including thumbnail images and PDP images

5. Maintain and update existing listings to ensure consistency and accuracy

6. Promotions & Campaign Execution

7. Set up store-wide vouchers, flash deals, bundle deals, and flexi-combos

8. Monitor Seller Centers for upcoming campaigns such as 11.11, 12.12, Payday Sales
