Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for driving a company vehicle for the purpose of transporting the Chief Executive Officer and other executives within the company.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safely operate company-owned vehicles for business-related transportation needs.

  • Transport CEO and other employees, and visitors to and from designated locations in a timely manner. Map out driving routes in advance to determine most expedient trip.
    Adjust routes as necessary to avoid heavy traffic or road construction.

  • Assist with or oversee loading and unloading of luggage; assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.

  • Maintain accurate travel logs recording arrival and departure times and miles traveled.

  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure vehicles are comfortable for all riders.

  • Proactively communicate any delays and route changes as needed.
