Executive Director, Structured Trading & Solutions

JOB PURPOSE:

To assist with leading and managing GM’s Structed Trading & Solutions activities, including overseeing structuring and execution of transactions, conducting risk and investment return analysis, and supporting colleagues and junior traders, to maximise profitability while minimising risk exposure and ensuring compliance with internal policy and external regulators.

• Deliver the business strategy and manage/leverage customer flow to meet and surpass set budget.
• Proven experience in Structuring and trading of Structured credit & Asset backed financing transactions, viz., Structured reverse repos, TRS, with focus on Developed & emerging markets. Strong understanding of RWAs, Capital and funding related variables. Prior experience dealing in Latin American markets, UK & European markets would be given preference.
