**Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Territory Operations Director, RN to lead a high-performing hospice team serving the Lombard, IL market. This is a mission-driven leadership opportunity where you will oversee more than 100 healthcare professionals delivering end-of-life care across both home health and inpatient hospice settings.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring patients and families receive dignified, compassionate care during one of life’s most meaningful journeys—while also driving operational excellence across the region.
