Executive Director, Capture - NAVY

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Executive Director, Capture to join our Defense Capture Team to lead Navy pursuits.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**


+ Overall responsibility for development and implementation of the Capture Plan through all phases of the proposal development process through award for assigned opportunities.
+ Establishes and maintains Navy customer intelligence and rapport; understands the customers’ mission, budgets, and buying patterns for assigned capture opportunities working jointly with account executives.
+ Manages all aspects of capture activities to ensure completion and improve PWin, e.g., solution development, teaming, staffing, PTW, capability gap analysis, etc. for assigned opportunities.
+ Lead capture gate reviews, ensuring effective and efficient implementation of proven best practices.
+ Establishes a schedule to accomplish required capture activities between gate reviews....
