The Opportunity Established in 1988, Community Resource Service (CRS) is a cornerstone of support for the Brantford, Brant, and Six Nations communities. Delivering vital assistance through its two primary pillars—the Brantford Food Bank and Community Employment Service—CRS meets the evolving needs of a region experiencing unprecedented growth. While the community’s expansion is driven by rapid residential development and proximity to the GTA, the needs for local support is increasing and significant: CRS serves approximately 10,000 individuals annually, reaching 1 in 10 members of our community. With the upcoming retirement of the Executive Director, the Board of Directors is seeking a dynamic, mission driven Executive Director to lead the organization and advance CRS’s vision for stronger, more equitable communities.
