Shape the future of services at the Cochrane Temiskaming Resource Centre as Executive Director. Lead efforts to improve life quality for individuals with developmental disabilities in North Ontario.
The Executive Director will partner with the Board of Governors to guide CTRC’s overall operations. You will implement strategic objectives while managing human and financial resources. Your experience in community engagement will be vital to fostering positive relations and understanding local needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide operational direction and strategic vision of CTRC
• Oversee human, capital, and information resource management
• Foster team performance and effective communication channels
• Apply legislative guidelines to enhance program standards

Requirements:
• Degree in business or public administration preferred
