Job Summary

The Executive, Data Management is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across planning, inventory, and material management systems. This role supports supply chain operations by maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), managing master data, improving data quality, and providing reliable reporting to support effective planning, procurement, inventory control, and decision‑making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and master data within ERP/MRP systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Ensure data integrity across planning, inventory, procurement, and engineering functions to support efficient supply chain operations and decision‑making.
• Monitor, review, and improve data management processes to reduce errors, enhance traceability, and support digitalisation and automation initiatives.
