Job Purpose: To plan, govern, and control the department's CAPEX portfolio and PMO-led projects by ensuring disciplined investment management, on-time delivery, cost optimization, and alignment with strategic business objectives. The role ensures that all initiatives are prioritized, funded, executed, and reported through standardized project management and financial governance frameworks to maximize value realization and operational impact. Job Responsibilities:
CAPEX Planning & Control
Develop and manage the department's CAPEX portfolio in line with strategic priorities.
Evaluate business cases, ROI, and investment justifications for all CAPEX requests.
Track budget utilization, variances, and forecasts across all projects.
Project Portfolio Management
Own the PMO project portfolio and ensure proper prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation.
Establish and enforce project management standards, templates, and governance.
