What You'll Do

• Plan & execute events and programmes: support internal events such as town halls, festive celebrations, CSR, wellness, and annual dinners; handle pre‑event planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and on‑site execution.
• Create content: produce short videos, photos, visuals, newsletters, and internal social‑style posts for screens, chat groups, intranet, and email.
• Work with AI tools to produce content at scale.
• CSR & engagement support: assist with volunteer drives, donation campaigns, partnerships, and impact storytelling.
• Recognition & rituals: maintain employee touchpoints such as shout‑outs, highlights, and mini‑features.
• Measure & improve: run pulse surveys, track attendance, and prepare post‑event reports with clear takeaways.
